Cape Ann Artisans Announces Summer Mini-TourOne day only to coincide with Mass Tax Free Holiday Cape Ann summers bring many visitors to Gloucester and Rockport and the Cape Ann Artisans are pleased to welcome art lovers into their studios for a mid-summer event called the Mini-Tour.   For this special event on Saturday, August 9th, seven studios (of the total 14) will be participating between the hours of 10AM and 5PM.   The Mini-Tour was launched in 2020 to take advantage of the Cape Ann’s exquisite summer
