Gloucester, MA, June 10, 2024 – Cape Ann Savings Bank is pleased to announce the hiring of Kevin Noyes in the position of Senior Vice President, Retail Banking. Kevin joins the executive team bringing twenty plus years of banking industry and community development experience to the position.

Kevin has previously been involved with banks in senior management positions in the North Shore area, most recently as the Director of Retail Banking, SVP at Newburyport Bank. Recognized by his former employees and colleagues, Kevin is known for leading by example, authentic relationship building, and for fostering a positive culture in the workplace. Equally important to him are collaboration, mentoring, and employee development. In addition to his extensive retail leadership experience, Kevin brings compliance knowledge to the table and has held the role of Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Officer at Danversbank, a role which greatly strengthened his love and dedication to community outreach.

A North Shore native and Danvers High School graduate, Kevin went on to earn a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Education from Salem State University and is a graduate of the National School of Banking. He serves on the Board of Harborlight Homes and has recently been an Advisory Board member of North Shore Community Development Coalition and Board member of the YMCA of the North Shore. Outside of his successful career, one can find Kevin (an avid Red Sox fan) at Fenway Park or following them attending games at stadiums all over the U.S., including Spring Training and Red Sox Winter Weekend. Married to his wife Ann, Kevin resides in Middleton. Together they have two sons, Zachary and Benjamin.
