Description
An all levels yoga class on Plum Cove Beach each week with Treetop Yoga Instructor, Abby Strauss-Malcolm. With sand beneath you, a picturesque view and warm ocean breezes, you will enjoy one hour of strengthening and lengthening your body while calming the mind.
Bring a towel or yoga mat and a bottle of water. Mats will be at least 6 feet apart to observe social distancing rules. Please sign up in advance since space is limited.
We ask that you practice all local and state guidelines for wearing a mask to come onto and to leave the beach, however a mask is not required during the yoga class.
