Description
Lynn Simonson will be teaching four YOGA CLASSES for the public on July 15th, 16th, 17th, & 18th from 8:30 am to 9:45 am at Windhover Center for the Performing Arts in Rockport MA. A moving meditation blending slow deep postures with breath intention and affirmations. Safe for all levels. Please bring your own mat or towel. Suggested $10.00 donation per class.
