Treetop is excited to once again partner with the Hammond Castle Museum for outdoor yoga overlooking our beautiful harbor. Framed exquisitely with the Atlantic Coastline to your left and Hammond Castle Museum towering above to your right, breathe in all the beauty of the day as you flow and find peace. Please bring your own yoga mats, towels and water. Don't forget the sun screen. Class happens rain or shine: In the event of inclement weather, we will move into the exquisite Great Hall of the castle. While outside, we are treated to the sounds of the ocean washing up on the rocks below the lawn, birds chirping, and the gentle ringing of a bell on a distant buoy. Inside, we stand in reverence on the stone surface and take in the art and artifacts while practicing our Warrior postures. This class will welcome all levels of experience and practice.
