Join CAPA 2023 Artist Ann Larsen at The Emerson Inn from 6pm-9pm. Dine while the artist paints! We are excited to partner with local Cape Ann restaurants for festival-goers and visitors to enjoy a dining experience with a Cape Ann Plein Air artist painting the view (inside or out!)
