Joe Smith is a Massachusetts native currently living in northern Worcester County. He is a self-taught artist who, after discovering scratchboard fifteen years ago, immediately fell in love with it. It has been his primary drawing medium ever since. He is a member of the North Shore Art Association, the Rockport Art Association, the Copley Society of Art, and the International Society of Scratchboard Artists.
