Join us for this special professional education program which will explore ways to address sensitive topics such as advanced illness, death and end-of-life care wishes with patients and families. Registration/Breakfast from 7:30 - 8:00 a.m. Program from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. One C.E.U. will be offered for nursing, social workers, and certified case managers and Certificates of Attendance for all others.
