Summer not long enough? Join Backyard Growers at Cedar Rock Gardens to learn about extending your growing season! Local farmer, Tucker Smith, will demonstrate how to prepare beds and set up cold frames so you can plant earlier and keep crops in the ground longer.

This workshop is well suited for small and large scale gardeners. Tucker will demonstrate how he covers large beds at Cedar Rock Gardens. Methods will also be applicable to small raised beds. Backyard Growers will have low tunnel kits for 4x8 raised beds available for sale.
