Join us for an all levels yoga class. After boarding you will take a short 15 minute cruise to a beach side mooring where an instructor will lead a simple one hour yoga practice right on the schooner's decks. The crew ill then set sail for a relaxing one hour sail around Gloucester's Harbor.
 

This yoga practice will be appropriate for all level students. Whether you are new to yoga or highly experienced, we encourage you to join us. For your comfort and enjoyment we do recommend having a basic level of fitness and being comfortable on the water. While the Lannon will be moored and relatively stable, there will be natural movement of wind and water. We hope to see you there!
